The role

We are hiring an Associate Solutions Sales, Nordics, to support and accelerate our growth across Finland, Sweden, Denmark, and Norway.

This is a hybrid commercial and product-facing role where you will:

• Build pipeline through outbound outreach and qualification
• Support and learn enterprise sales motion
• Become a deep product and domain expert in FinanceKey

You will work closely with senior sales, product, and customer teams, gaining hands-on experience in how complex treasury solutions are sold to enterprise customers.

What you’ll do

In this role, you’ll support the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to deal support, with strong focus on building and enhancing automation of the end-to-end sales process leveraging AI. Driving pipeline generation through structured outbound outreach, account research, and qualification of new opportunities is key to becoming successful in the role. In the sales process you’ll engage with CFOs, Group Treasurers, Finance teams, and IT stakeholders in early-stage conversations.

Support discovery to understand:

• Treasury and payment processes
• Cash visibility challenges
• Bank connectivity and integrations

This will help you to develop a strong understanding of FinanceKey’s platform and become a product expert, first supporting and then gradually leading:

• Product demos
• Customer workshops
• Solution discussions

Additionally, you will be working on:

• Translating customer needs into clear solution concepts and business value
• Assisting in building business cases around real-time treasury, operational efficiency, and automation
• Supporting proposals, RFPs, and deal execution together with senior sales, leadership and founders
• Maintaining disciplined CRM usage, pipeline tracking, and follow-ups
• Collaborating closely with Product, Customer Success, and leadership

What we’re looking for

• 0–3 years of experience in SaaS, fintech, consulting, finance, or a related field
• Strong interest in enterprise sales, fintech, and financial operations
• Ability to combine analytical thinking with commercial mindset
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex topics clearly

Curiosity to learn:

• Treasury, cash management and payment processes
• Bank connectivity and APIs
• ERP integrations and financial workflows
• AI tooling, and building agents to automate sales tasks

We expect you to be proactive, structured, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is a must, while Nordic language skills are a strong advantage. This role includes collaboration across the Nordic region, along with occasional travel to customer and treasury events.

Role Overview:

As a Frontend Developer in our Product team, your main focus will be building intuitive and robust user interfaces and working closely with our product designer.

What you can expect:

During the first days and weeks you will be coached and on-boarded by a senior developer. You will start to work on real customer needs from day one. You will be shown our setup, how our in-house framework works and how we use code generators to help us be as efficient as possible. We try whenever possible to work in teams, this helps us to deliver faster and brings out the best ideas. We value bringing up ideas and taking responsibility. You will be collaborating internally with Tech/Product and Sales teams, and externally with our customers. You will help to fill in gaps in the requirement analysis and see the bigger picture.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Build reusable UI components and views
2. Collaborate closely with Product designer to implement accessible, and responsive user interfaces
3. Take end-to-end responsibility for UI development projects

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in React or similar frontend framework (5+ years)
• Proficiency in Typescript
• Experience building frontend projects based on design systems
