In the first 2-4 weeks you’ll have full visibility across all your accounts. We already cover 2,000+ bank connections out of the box, and if you need something new, we’ll build it for you. 

By around 8 weeks your direct (“Premium API”) bank connections are usually live. Each bank has its own process, but we’ll guide you through the agreements to keep things moving smoothly. 

At the same time, around week 8, we’ll connect your ERP and other systems. That’s when you can start automating payments and streamlining your workflows. 

No, we fit around your existing systems and adapt to the way you work. There’s no overhaul required, and in many cases, we run in parallel with your current setup. This ensures no downtime and a smooth transition. 

 If you are replacing an existing system with FinanceKey, your dedicated customer success manager will work with you to design a project plan.  

Very little – we’ve designed FinanceKey to keep IT involvement to a minimum. 

Quick setup for access: Connecting your SSO or MFA usually takes just 15 minutes on your side. 

Bank and API connections: In some cases, we’ll need to exchange certificates or manage setup in your bank’s portal. This is typically handled by your treasury team rather than IT. 

Internal system connectivity: For ERP, TMS, payroll or expense systems, we’ll work with your IT team to pick the best option (API or SFTP) and plan the setup together. 

After that, we take care of everything – no ongoing maintenance or firefighting is needed from your IT team. We monitor and maintain every connection. 

Yes. We connect with all major ERP and TMS providers. 

We’ll work with your IT or treasury team to decide the best connectivity method based on your setup and use case. And if you’re using a smaller or local system – don’t worry. We haven’t come across one we couldn’t integrate with yet. 

You’ll be assigned a dedicated treasury expert who will help you get the most out of your FinanceKey setup and ensure successful onboarding. Our customer success managers act as your ongoing point of contact, providing regular communication and guidance to make sure everything runs smoothly.
